Happy Birthday, Andi!!! Tomorrow is my niece's 15th birthday and even though she isn't a Latina, I just had to make this cute little card for her. I know she took Spanish in school last year. I used the Quincinero stamp set and a little bit of the Pink Flamingo DSP and some Irridescent Ice embossing powder on the dress and tiara for sparkle. 2 clear rhinestone brads anchor the scallop circle at the top of the card.
